Xfinity App on Samsung TV

For some reason I am now not able to watch live TV from my Samsung TV’s. It does however work on my Roku TV. I have reinstalled the app, signed out and into the app but that doesn’t fix the problem.  I use the app on these TV’s because I am not able to get the coax to their locations.  Is this Xfinity’s way of getting me to rent more boxes?

I have the exact same problem. Live tv not working recorded and ondemand do work.

Maybe we should contact channel 7 Chicago I team and see what they can do about it

Support also said they were getting lots of calls about it. No way to confirm because cant find any service status webpage. Support siad there is none. And no eta on the fix. I see the app updated on jan 10th so i guess they updated and released without testing.
