Apps usually disappear from Samsung TV's due to outdated television software, Smart Hub Issues or caching glitches. In some cases, Samsung and other TV manufacturers can remove shortcuts after system updates.
You should ensure that your TV firmware is up-to-date by checking under your settings menu for any software updates that may be available for your TV.
Once you've verified the TV is up-to-date, try to re-download the app and re-install it.
If it does not re-install, you may need to reset the Smart Hub in the settings menu (note that this will log you out of any other apps you have installed already.)
If the app isn't showing up in the app store for your TV, your TV model may no longer support it because it no longer meets the app's compatibility requirements.
