Why does every streaming bundle include peacock when a lot of us already have it as part of our internet?

I get Peacock with my 1 GIG internet package. Why does every streaming bundle include it when a lot of us already have it?

Charging us twice for Peacock makes the bundles not worth it.

That's a fair question, and we can certainly understand why it might seem redundant if you're already receiving Peacock as part of your internet service.

The streaming bundles are designed as packaged offerings, meaning the included services are bundled together at a set price rather than being individually priced and customized based on services a customer may already have. Because of that, the bundle pricing does not currently remove or discount Peacock for customers who already receive it through another promotion or package.

That said, we completely understand the feedback. For customers who already receive Peacock Premium through Gigabit Internet or another offer, the value of the streaming bundle may not be as compelling as it is for someone who would otherwise be paying separately for all of those services.

We appreciate you bringing this up, and it's the kind of feedback that can help shape future offerings. Out of curiosity, if Peacock were excluded or discounted for customers who already receive it, would the streaming bundle be something you'd consider?

That is exactly what I'm looking for, a bundle with Netflix and Apple TV that doesn't make me rebuy Peacock.

Thanks for your prompt answer!

When the solution is that you take me offline then tell me that there's nothing that you can do, it's not a solution that I'm going to accept.

The only reason we would need to go to a direct message is because the offers can be different in specific areas. There are stream saver bundles now that have either 3, 4 or 5 app choices without Peacock.
