why COMCAST IS DELETING MY PURCHASES

I’d like to know why COMCAST IS DELETING MY PURCHASES!!!???? I’ve purchased 299 movies in the last 5 years & lost 104 movies that Comcast has deleted! WHY COMCAST??? WHY? None of your employees in the billing department or technical department can tell me why this keeps happening! It’s the third time in 5 years! I’ve had to repurchase 2-3 times the same movie then they refund me & remove the movie from my account! [Edited: "Inflammatory"] Here’s a few that I can remember!

At least one of my purchased movies have disappeared as well.
