Voice is not coinciding with picture. It only happens with WE

Thanks, @FatimaG, for connecting with us about the issues with the sound on your WE channel. Have you unplugged and restarted your cable box to see if this clears the issue? Let us know.

I am having the same issue on multiple devices using both the app and web browser. Resetting box does not help. Streaming directly from the WE website works. This has been happening for several weeks.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
