Upgrade Disney Premium with XFINITY but Still Have Ads

I upgraded to stream saver on July 1st with Disney premium but during checkout it was removed from my Plan. 

I went in-person to have the issue be resolved and the agent said there was a pending work order on July 6th and they moved it up to July 3rd to immediately activate Disney premium for me.

It is now July 4th and XFINITY subscription shows active for Disney premium, but Disney shows the standard bundle. 

Do I have to wait longer for a sync, or is this an issue with XFINITY backend systems.

I was able to resolve this issue by going in and having them deactivate all my subscriptions and then re-activate all of them.

Yes, I still am seeing Disney+ with Ads even though my XFINITY account shows Disney premium. It seems XFINITY is not pushing the change.

Have we tried signing out of the Disney+ application and then signing back in?

Yes I have tried signing out on all devices. I have also waiting multiple days. It’s an issue on XFINITY backend side.
