Unlink peacock

I’ve been trying to unlink my free peacock premium subscription, but it keeps giving me an error.  I want to deactivate this subscription because I want to get Peacock through a different service.  But when I try to do that, it cannot activate because Peacock is tied to Xfinity.

So, how do I do that?

user_6majo4 Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forum. It sounds like you need to fully cancel your Peacock subscription so that you are able to pursue the subscription through what you are trying to do. Can you please go here (https://www.peacocktv.com/help/article/cancellation) and follow the steps indicated? You may also want to clear your cookies/cache before trying to go through the steps again if you have not already done that. We also see your Direct Message. In the future, please wait to be invited to send a DM, as it is against our Forums Guidelines to send an Unsolicited DM to an Official Xfinity Employee. If the steps we gave you do not resolve your issue, please let us know in DM.

@XfinityBenjaminM

I tried all of the steps you suggested, including clearing the cache.  Peacock told me that I had to manage it on Xfinity.  I went to Streamsaver subscriptions, and found Peacock Premium.

But when I tried to unlink the subscription, it gave me an error:

Sorry about posting the DM originally, I did not realize that it was agains the form rules.

That is no problem at all. If the https://www.xfinity.com/activate-peacock site is not working for that service send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service, and I will be happy to look further into that.

To send a direct message [private message]:

   Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
