Unable to use Xfinity stream for firetv
I am using Xfinity stream on all other devices in my home on the same network with no issues but it will not work on my firetv. Just trying to log in and it gives me the “connection error” message even though all other apps work on the same fire tv and even the Xfinity stream app is working on all other devices on the same network

Hi there @user_jdinor ! Sorry to hear you're having trouble! Is there any error code with the connection error message? For basic troubleshooting, uninstall the app on the FireTV, reset the power for the TV and your modem, once everything is back up, reinstall the app and see if the issue persists. Thanks!
