Unable to Redeem Peacock Premium Offer

I'm a Platinum member, and I've received several emails stating "As a Platinum Xfinity member, you get Peacock Premium included at no extra cost. Just sign in to see your member benefits, and redeem your Peacock Premium perk." When I click on the link in the email to redeem the offer, I login and am sent to the Membership page (https://customer[.]xfinity[.]com/membership), but the Peacock Premium offer is not listed. I double checked my redeemed benefits and confirmed it does not show that I have already redeemed this offer. 

I tried going to the StreamStore (https://www.xfinity[.]com/digital/entertainment-management/internet) and it says I have subscriptions that require activation, but when I go to "Activate Now" (https://www.xfinity[.]com/yoursubscriptions) it says I don't have any subscriptions. And when I try to browse the StreamStore, I don't see Peacock available on its own, only as a part of a bundle with other apps.

I tried going to a webpage I saw in another support forum post (https://customer[.]xfinity[.]com/activate-peacock) but received the message "We’re sorry, your account isn’t eligible for this Peacock offer". 

Please help!
