Two issues

While these issues aren't major, they are highly annoying and buggy.

1-after watching a recorded program, I need to delete more than once to remove program.

2-when scrolling to lower channels, cursor goes to filter on own.

I have videos of each issue.

amlord1132, thank you for reaching out and creating a new post. I appreciate you letting us know about the troubles, so we can help work this out together. You mentioned issues deleting your recordings, which we've outlined here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-delete-a-recording. I understand you need to complete this step twice, which should not be the case. Does this happen with all individual or series recordings? If you delete the recording and see it available right after, does it allow you to play the content? Have you tried any general troubleshooting, like resetting the equipment/box using the Xfinity App (https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-reboot-my-set-top-box), since this started?

When order get an error on deleting, I can still view the show.  Happens on stand alone ans series recordings. Have tried restarting devices.  No dofference.
