TVAPP-00500 Error

@XfinityAldrik​  no one has reached out to me and i am very frustrated with this and to see the amount of others with the same issue is even more frustrating. Why can I not call and speak to a person to resolve this. The only consistent thing with xfinity is the bill?

thank you Sara. The device is Westinghouse Roku tv. The streaming box works great on a different tv. The app is what I’m struggling with and it open I sign in and nothing the live tv doesn’t work I started xfinity a few months ago and the app has never worked. As for troubleshooting I uninstalled reinstalled maybe four times I tried resetting the tv resetting the WiFi and problem still. I did also make sure there were no pending app updates.
