TVAPP-00380 error

I am having the exact same problem as in this post. I cannot play any recordings on my device or laptop for more than a minute without this occurring. Live stream is fine. Is my box corrupted?

Is this platform still monitored? I sent a DM and have not received a response in either place... I am going to move to cancel my service next, as this is very disappointing

Regarding the TVAPP-00380 error:
This error is most commonly encountered during DVR playback through the Xfinity Stream app or web portal. It may be related to one of the following factors:

Potential Causes & Recommended Steps
DVR Playback Behavior
In some cases, playback may not initiate properly or may stop unexpectedly.
Recommended Action: Restart the app or browser and attempt playback again. If the issue persists across multiple recordings, please let us know so we can investigate further.

Network Connectivity
A stable connection to your in-home Xfinity network is essential for optimal streaming performance.
Recommended Action:

Confirm you're connected to your home network (not Xfinity WiFi hotspots).
Restart your modem/router and streaming device.
Log out and back into the Xfinity Stream app.
App or Browser Performance
Cached data or outdated versions of the app/browser may interfere with playback.
Recommended Action:

Clear your browser cache (Chrome, Edge, Firefox).
Ensure your app is updated to the latest version.
Fully close and relaunch the app.
