Getting error TVAPP-00101 and have deleted and reinstalled channel twice. It works on my tablet and phone. Not my Magnavox smart tv. Please help

@user_179553 thank you for reaching out on our great Xfinity Forums our great community is here to help with your Xfinity App issue on your Samsung TV. 

Samsung TVs older than 2017 are no longer compatible with the Xfinity Stream App. You can find a great article here: Xfinity Stream Is No Longer Available on 2017 Samsung and LG Smart TVs.

"Why won’t the Xfinity Stream app work on my 2017 Samsung or LG TV"

Unfortunately, these models can’t support newer web browsers, and the latest version of the Xfinity Stream app doesn’t work as intended on outdated browsers. To give you the best streaming experience, we decided to remove the Xfinity Stream app from these TVs. 

Is your Samsung TV 2017 or newer? When did this issue start happening? 

I no longer work for Comcast.
