Can you reprovision my devices and/or modem?  I have internet service and television, but cannot stream channels on any device.

No it is not.  Ultimately, after 'Attempting to Resume' I get the message 'This Video Cannot Be Played', along with the error code.

You might want to also request a reprovision, whatever that is, or call them.
