I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you. Do you get an error message on either of the TV's when trying to cast or play the stream app?
No error message with either. In the app, it just doesn't show the TV as a choice to stream to, but it shows other things, and other apps will stream fine to the TV. With my ROKU it just goes to a black screen and never opens.
Thanks for getting back to us, gallaj0! Just for troubleshooting purposes, have you tried casting to another TV to see if you run into the same thing? Also, if you have not done so already, can you check to see if your TV is due for any software updates or if the software shows it's up-to-date?
