TBS / TNT channels randomly not working on Xfinity Stream

Within the last few weeks or so, TBS and also TNT just randomly come up blank on Stream.  They work fine on the cable box though.  Is there some issue with these channels?  I was trying to watch AEW last night on TBS but it was totally blank. I tried it on a Fire TV, fire stick, and a phone.  The same issue on all the devices.

Hi there! We know how frustrating it is to miss something you planned to watch, especially when the channels are working normally through your cable box. Since TBS and TNT are blank on three different devices, we would like to narrow down whether this is affecting the Stream app itself or the live channel feed.

 

Were all three devices connected to your in-home Xfinity WiFi when this happened? Was the screen completely blank with no audio, or did you receive an error message? Please also make sure the Stream app is updated, then sign out, fully close the app, reopen it, and sign back in.

 

If possible, please test TBS or TNT through xfinity.com/stream using a web browser while connected to your home network. Let us know whether it is also blank there and whether this happens all day or only during certain programs.

@XfinityAirelle​  It seems to only be TBS and TNT.  Sometimes they will work, sometimes they won't.  It happens on Stream on my pc, phone, or Fire stick / Fire TV.  I'm not sure what's going on.  I don't have Xfinity for my internet, I have Verizon.  I tried it on wifi and 5G.  The same thing.  It is randomly giving a blank screen, almost like a pause screen.  There is no error.

@XfinityAirelle​ I can add that I am having that same issue…and it is the Stream app itself.  I travel a lot for work and rely on Stream app for TBS/TNT/TruTV to watch their MLB & NHL games.

this issue is affecting me as well. I am trying to watch the MLB playoff games on the station but through the xfinity app on my latptop and the screen is black. Nothing is being streamed.

@user_ak088k​ This has been an issue for a very long time…as far back as last year even when all three (TNT/TBS/TruTV) were covering the first round of The Stanley Cup Playoffs.
