Streaming sign in

Why do I need to sign in with a new code every time I open my browser to stream a show and sometimes even if the browser is already open at Xfinity?

I am having the same issue with having to sign in with a code to read my emails.  Please let me know how to rectify this.  Thank you

Hi, @CALady95747,  Thanks for reaching out about your sign-in issue. I am happy to check on your issue. Are you only being asked to enter the code when entering email or also on other pages?(2 step verification)
