STREAMING SHOWS WITH CONSTANT FREEZING

Since changing to Xfinity streaming, while watching movies on Disney, Hulu, etc. there are frequent pauses or "loss of internet connection” notices. I have the fastest internet speed Xfinity offers (932.9 and 39.2 Mb/s), a HP Envoy TE01-5364 desktop computer with Windows 11, Nighthawk Model #CAX30 router, Samsung smart tv's that are withing 33 feet of the router. I rebooted everything and it still happens, especially in the late afternoon and evening.

We use our Paramount app often.  The past few months we have had extreme issues with freezing, and eventually being booted off completely.  what is the problem????
