Streaming app won’t show TV GO
I got a new Samsung tv and can’t find TV GO. Nothing will play on live tv because I’m not at home on my home network.

Hello, @user_uwknhg, and welcome to the Xfinity Community Forums.
I can certainly understand how frustrating that would be, especially after setting up a new TV and finding that your live TV content is unavailable.
If the Xfinity Stream app is indicating that you are not on your home network, the first thing to check is that the Samsung TV is connected to the same in-home Wi-Fi network associated with your Xfinity Internet service. Sometimes a new device may connect to a guest network, an extender network, a mobile hotspot, or a different saved Wi-Fi connection, which can prevent the app from recognizing it as being at home.
You may also want to sign out of the Xfinity Stream app and sign back in, then restart the TV and relaunch the app. If the issue persists, try removing and reinstalling the Xfinity Stream app to ensure it is running the latest version available for your Samsung TV.
Not all channels are available outside the home network (<- Click here for more information.) However, if you're physically at home and connected to your home Wi-Fi, the app should recognize the connection and provide access to channels that require an in-home connection. Let us know if you've already tried these steps and whether the app continues to indicate that you're away from home.
