Streaming App on Secondary Account

I have 2 accounts--my primary residence has cable and internet. My secondary residence has just internet.

Can I hook up a roku at my secondary address to the internet there and use the xfinity stream app to watch TV from my primary account?

Hey there Stokolpa, thanks so much for taking the time to reach us here via our Xfinity Forums!  As an Xfinity Internet customer, you still have access to curated content via the Xfinity Stream App. Using your Xfinity ID from your secondary address will not work, or may only give limited content, since you are not connected to that account's home network.

So I can use the app on my phone signed into my primary account, and watch pretty much everything, minus sports, but there is no way to use the app at my secondary account/residence because the roku will connect to that internet and not let me login to the primary account and watch the app?

To clarify Stokolpa, you can still use the Xfinity Stream app at both residences and on Roku with internet access by logging into your primary cable account. Some features may be restricted when using it at the second residence. You would only be able to access certain channels or content that are only available when connected to your in-home Xfinity network. It also depends on the Roku model you are using, you can check out more information here at Navigating XFINITY Stream on Roku. Let us know if you have any additional questions.
