stream saver

What a joke. I recently purchased a home and had Xfinity installed (for a $100 which was not mentioned). There was quite a bit of remodeling to do so we just recently moved in and are just now getting around to setting up the Stream Saver on our Smart TV (LG Nano Cell). After 3 hour and a half long phone calls yesterday, starting at 8:00 AM, it was decided that I needed to talk to a technician. I finally got the call back at around 6:00 PM, for him to tell me that the Xfinity Stream Saver service does not work on smart tvs, I now need to purchase a Xumo or streaming stick - which is not how it was sold to me. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was put on hold for another 30 mins before they told me that would call me back. The supervisor called me back at 9:30 PM, after I went to bed, and acted as if i was being unreasonable for not wanting to start my 5th hour and a half service call for the day at that time. They were supposed to call me back at 8:00 AM CST, which they of course did not. How do I get in contact with someone that actually knows how the Stream Saver works? How do I get in contact with a supervisor?
