Stream App only shows TVGO channels

​Stream app only shows TVGO Channels even though we are connected to our home internet?  Any idea's​

Same issue here. Also the Xfinity stream app on Roku is only showing channels for ESPN even though I pay for the 125+ package.

Same here, and the Favorite Channel list is empty. Was ok this morning.

I have the same problem with my home computer and cell phone since about 7:30 p.m., 24 Nov 2022.  Both have supported Xfinity Stream for well over a year with the ability to view all subscribed channels.

I have tried doing a system refresh and it still only shows TV to go channels.

With cell phone (Motorola One 5G Ace), Xfinity tells me I need to update to current browser (anything version 7+).  My phone has the most current updates available from Motorola (Android 11, Motorola One 5G Ace -- Build RZKS31.Q3-45-16-8-7. Application Version Chrome 107.0.5304.105).

Problem resolved.  

I had ordered a new XFi gateway and it arrived this afternoon.  After installing, I checked both my phone and my home computer.  I have all subscribed channels on Xfinity Stream on both devices.

Was this something Comcast fixed or was it due to the swap out of gateways?  Don't know -- don't care so long as I continue to receive all subscribed channels via XfinityStream.

same issue in Michigan- was fine this morning.. all I can get on 3 different ROKU's is a list of ESPN and TNT, on my phone and laptop, only seeing TV go channels

Yes and the list of scheduled recordings is missing with the message "no scheduled recordings for next 14 days" I did some searching and apparently this was an issue this time last year right after an update. I tried the suggested fix from back then but nothing...

@XfinityJoshuaE​ same issue on my laptop.  Macbook air.  was fine yesterday morning and in the evening it had taken away most of my channels and left several channels with TVGO

Same issue on all my devices as of 11/25/22. I've had this happen twice before and it took weeks to resolve both times. Comcast we need you to fix this issue ASAP.

I am having the same problem.  Suddenly xfinity stream shows only TVGO channels.  I tried a system refresh.  No luck.

Same issue here - I have access to four channels - all of the TNT feeds.  Everything else is TVGO.

I'm hoping to watch the UNMNT v. England.  That starts in 18 minutes.  If I miss it, Xfinity can right and truly [Edited: "Language"].  It was supposed to be Twitter taking [Edited: "Language"] today, not you guys.

For trouble-shooting purposes, I'm on a 2017 Mac running Ventura 13.0.1.  Have tried in the latest builds of Chrome (which I normally use) and now Firefox.

Yeah i just got off the phone with technical support ive got the same problem, xfinity stream is having technical problems, they know about it and are working to get it back up and working, no eta on when it will be up and working tho

@candycane2500 We are glad you were able to get through to get explanation on the Stream app. Our team continues to work on resolution. We recommend you delete the app, power cycle device and then reload the app. This helps refresh and reset the app. Can you let me know update and if you have taken these steps?

All fixed now.  I phone corrected itself, and the laptop corrected when I unplug/plugged it back in.  Guess Comcast figured it out and I'm glad.
