Showtime anytime

So this is ending, and you have to stream through Paramount +, but you can't unless you pay for it. Is there a work around for this, another option?

hevy Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us. Our awesome team will be happy to help with your question. Since Showtime and Paramount+ are merging, there is no work around. You will need to subscribe in order to view the content. Howevber, if you subscribe to Showtime, you can find Most of the same shows OnDemand. 🙂

That doesn't help. We pay for the Showtime programming and should be able to watch it in the apps on our devices. Xfinity needs to give us authorization to Paramount just like it does with Max for HBO subscriptions. We shouldn't have to pay for the same subscription twice. You can't find much of anything in OnDemand - that's the problem!

I can definitely understand the frustration with that issue @sbwinter2. You can reach out to Showtime directly at their site http://www.sho.com/ to get further clarification on their decision after the merger with Paramount plus.
