You can visit our 'How to schedule and manage your Xfinity appointment' support page for links and steps on how to schedule. The Xfinity Assistant will attempt to troubleshoot and once all steps have been followed, it will lead to scheduling a service visit. From there, you can select the best date/time for the appointment to get all your concerns address. You can also quickly get to the Xfinity Assistant by Clicking Here.
