Samsung and Streaming NOT AVAILABLE?
I just purchased a 2019 Samsung Series 8 TV model 75RU800D which is the same as the 8000 just branded for Costco.
I purchased it specifically to get the Xfininity stream app since TiVo is no longer supported.
Well guess what? There is no Xfinity app in the Smart Hub and after almost 90 minutes between Samsung and Xfinity , I am being told that my TV is not supported.
How can the stream be supported in the Smart Hub on only certain TV’s when it’s all the same software?
TIA

The 2019 model TV are not listed.
And I already tried that and the Xfinity app is not found

the model is not yet supported is the way to look at it. I got a very inexpensive Roku at my local Sams Club.

And to me that makes no sense since same Smart Hub as 2018.

Be nice if Xfinity jumped in and offered some info.

set a reminder on a pc or smart device and check the app store weekly until it shows up. or get an inexpensive roku to use in the meantime.

You miss the point.
I should not not need to spend money on a Roku
