Samsung and Streaming Issues
Xfinity you are making me lose my mind. We have been having internet issues and we have the latest equipment. Now I can't watch NFL Playoffs [Edited: "Inflammatory"] How is this good customer service? How are we as customers supposed to be satisfied? To top it off you're charging an arm and a leg. What are you doing for those of us stuck in this situation?

Either rollback whatever update you pushed, issue us all bill credits or Give us [Edited: Inflammatory]
