Samsung and Streaming Issues

Xfinity you are making me lose my mind.  We have been having internet issues and we have the latest equipment.  Now I can't watch NFL Playoffs [Edited: "Inflammatory"]  How is this good customer service?  How are we as customers supposed to be satisfied?  To top it off you're charging an arm and a leg.  What are you doing for those of us stuck in this situation?

Long loading screen of 3 dots then A error message pops up saying " we're sorry. Due to an issue with Samsung's firmware, we're currently working to address a problem with live tv within xfinity stream on certain samsung 2021 tv's"

error:tvapp-00148

it refuses to play any show. Roll back whatever update your techs did. Give us free cable boxes for our inconvenience or a bill credit for every day its unusable. Because why am i paying for a service i cant use. If this isnt fixed by superbowl sunday i will be calling in and asking for retroactive bill credits.

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_dns9zd! We have identified an issue where customers using Samsung equipment are getting the TVAPP-00148 error. Right now our engineering team is currently working to investigate what is causing this issue so that we can then provide the fix you need! We don't currently have an ETA or workaround available at this time.

In the meantime, please continue using other eligible devices in the home that are not Samsung while our engineers work to resolve this issue. Thank you so much for your patience while we work through this for you!

Additionally, please make sure the device not working is still eligible to use the app. The Xfinity Stream app is available on the following Samsung Smart TVs:
