Hey @user_01574c! Thank you for taking the time to reach out and being part of the Xfinity family. I'm not sure, if it's not showing on 3 different devices it may be a Roku issue. Have you reached out to them already?
I have the same issue - it manifests itself two ways:
1. Content that I'm paying for via subscription services intermittently won't appear as "free" and the app wants to charge me to watch it. (I can watch any of these titles on my phone or laptop, so the roku app is the only difference.
2. Content is not even showing up on the Roku app in a menu of choices. Again, I can see these titles on my phone or laptop. When I search with the roku search feature, I have no trouble finding the title I'm looking for. It's just not showing up in the menu of choices.
I'm sorry to read about the trouble with the Xfinity Stream app content and would love to look into this for you.
