Request for reduction in bill

I would like a rate reduction because of the loss of abc network during this time of dispute.  I am very displeased with the conduct of Comcast’s over the years and insist on a considerable reduction based on lack of good customer service and constant increases without justification.  I’m so unhappy with your service and making us pay for your lack of conclusion.

This programming is currently unavailable as Comcast’s agreement with the network has expired. Please know Comcast pays programmers to bring you the entertainment you love, and a number of reasonable offers have been made that they haven’t accepted. Comcast is working toward bringing back this programming, but only with fair pricing, terms, and conditions for customers.
