The first thing we always recommend is setting up a purchase pin on each one of your boxes to avoid any accidental purchases. We'll be happy to take a look at this one for you! Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?

 "Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:

 

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 

 

  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 

  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 

  • - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
