Problems activating streamsaver

I have been in touch with customer service. Can’t get Netflix or Apple TV activated. Keep getting messages when I click the activation link that they aren’t part of my plan. I need help activating these.

If you’re new to Apple TV+:

Visit this link here. This link will also be sent to your Xfinity email address once you purchase your Streaming App offer. You'll need to be logged in to your Xfinity account.

 

The header should say, "Activate your Apple TV+ service today". Below, there's a button that says, "Activate Apple TV+".

You’ll be re-directed to Apple TV+’s activation page.
Click Continue.

 

The next header should say, "You have Apple TV+ with your Xfinity plan". At the bottom, there's a Continue button.

Enter the email address you’d like to use for your Apple TV+ account. Then, click Continue and follow the on-screen prompts.

You can enter your Email or Apple ID.

At the bottom, there's a Continue button.

Note: If you’re using an Apple device to activate, you’re not required to sign in with your Apple ID.


If you already have Apple TV+:

Visit this link here. This link will also be sent to your Xfinity email address once you purchase your Streaming App offer.
Note: You'll need to be logged in to your Xfinity account.
If you have an Apple TV+ subscription from Apple, use the same Apple ID and Apple will transition your billing over.
If you already have an Apple TV+ subscription with another provider or Apple One, manage your account with the service provider to avoid duplicate subscriptions.
Click Activate Apple TV+.

@XfinityAldrik​ Is there a way to de activate the apple tv so I can reactivate it as I just paid again for apple TV with apple tv as I was hoping it would give me an option to sign in with my xfinity name and password.  This was all done once already.  I never received the "You have Apple TV+ with your Xfinity plan" message.

Was your Apple TV+ activated with the Stream Saver through the provided link to your Xfinity email?

I'm having the same problem. Added streamsaver and I received the email to activate, but it always says "We’re sorry, your account isn’t eligible for this Apple TV+ offer". I even went into the Xfinity Store and they tried removing streamsaver and adding it back, but that didn't solve the problem. Please help!

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

Hello, I ’m having the same problem but with Netflix . It keeps saying I need to sign up and pick a plan even though I have the NOW streamsaver

user_67gy45 Thank you for letting us know you are running into an issue with your Netflix Stream Saver subscription. Have you checked your Subscription hub to make sure the Stream saver package activated the Netflix position of your subscription?
