peacock wont fully activate

ive clicked the activate banner on xfinity website multiple times, it takes me to peacock website then it says "cannot activate, something is wrong on our end". i can still login peacock and it shows i have some free channels to watch but all of the premium content such as sports says i need to upgrade. also when i try to upgrade i get an error. the xfinity subscriptions still shows i need to activate peacock premium although i have clicked thru several times.

i have tried clearing my browser cache, multiple browsers, multiple devices still does not have the full premium subscription. i have 1gbps internet so the subscription is included.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message" icon
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send it
