Hello @user_2cm2m3 we want to ensure that you enjoy full access to your Peacock Premium! If when trying to activate the offer it shows it's already active, it would then be linked to one of your email addresses on the account. Have you attempted to log in to Peacock using all of your different emails to confirm which one is set up with your Peacock Premium?
