Peacock premium plus

I was paying for peacock premium and received an email stating that I have a rewards for peacock and after I redeem it I would no longer be paying for peacock premium!  I then wanted premium plus and spoke to a rep 7/24 at 11am est who advised she took care of it and to wait an hour!  Welp I still do not have premium plus so I logged into my peacock account directly to add it and received a message that it has to be done through xfinity!  Called back at 1:15pm est and it was advised that premium plus is not available through xfinity AND I CANT ADD IT TO MY PEACOCK ACCOUNT.  Then the rep says oh you can get if you up your internet to 1g THESE FOLKS ARE TERRIBLE  they tell me one thing and then another only to come to this forum and see comments about peacock premium plus that other users have! So i am looking into another provider because you cannot get simple help from these people or get a straight answer just ridiculous
