Peacock Premium Plus Upgrade

I upgraded to Peacock Premium Plus through Xfinity. The status on my Xfinity account says Active, but my Peacock account still shows Premium as my plan, and I am still seeing ads and cannot download content. I have logged out of all devices and still continue to have this problem.
