Peacock Premium plus not updating on peacock account

We received the promotion for free Peacock Premium but decided to upgrade to Peacock Premium Plus however the upgrade does not show up under our Peacock account. I have tried unlinking the Peacock account but I get an error message every time

Can you please tell us when you made the update to the account, and on what platform you're attempting to watch Peacock?  (Streaming, X1, App, Etc.)

We made the upgrade to Premium Plus on April 4th, our monthly bill went through on the 10th. Both the Peacock app and website show we still only have Premium

Here are detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
