Peacock premium not on my account
I have had the absolute worst time with the xfinity assistant when it comes to figuring out why peacock premium is not added to my account. i got the 1 gig internet promo that ended just before the new year so I should have peacock premium on my account. when I go to activate it shows i dont have anything there. What happened to included peacock premium?
also the xfinity assistant needs to let customers go direct to operators. it can not figure out how to get past peacock keywords
