Peacock Platinum Rewards
How do I get help with Redeeming rewards for Peacock ?
I tried about a month ago to redeem my Platinum status for Peacock and I live chatted for help , I was told that I have to wait until I receive an email and then I can redeem from that email , That was over a month ago and still no email so I decided to check on this . I live chatted again today and was sent a link from the rep , The steps he sent me dont match what comes up on peacock so I cant log in with my Xfinity credentials , When I log in to Peacock it says I am not currently subscribed and there is no where for me to enter my Xfinity ID . I only get a page to enter CC info
I have chatted with multiple Xfinity people on this and still having the same issue , I have chatted with Peacock as well and they say it is Xfinity issue and they cant help
This was never an issue when Peacock was included with Xfinity , This is beyond frustrating and I am close to just cancelling my service
