Peacock Activation Not Working

Hello!

I received an email (screenshot below) with an offer for Peacock today: 

When I click on the link, it takes me to a page that looks like this: 

When I click on "Manage streaming apps," it take me to a page that looks like this:

The only available options are add-on bundles for purchase, with no option to add Peacock as described in the promo email I received. 

I tried two different browsers (Chrome and Safari)-- same issue. I also tried chatting with the Xfinity Assistant, but as it's an AI chatbot, it simply got caught in a loop of explaining what Peacock is to me and then continually offering the same links 

I don't know what else to do! Please help!
