Paramount streaming issues

Streaming service for Paramount is terrible.  Constantly freezes, out of focus.  Often completely fails.  What is the problem?  
We do not have issues with any other stream, i.e. Netflix, Prime, Hulu.

Does this happen through the cable box only or through the app on a smart TV?

Yes, we access it through xfinity. It’s almost unusable.

I apologize, user_3v4pzt, we mean how are you accessing Paramount Plus as far as the device you're streaming it on. Are you running into issues while watching it through an X1 cable box, Xumo device, or smart TV?

@user_7uyr5b  Have you performed any troubleshooting steps yet such as checking the connection to your box, wall outlet to ensure everything is finger tight and secure? 

Can you unplug your cable box, modem and router if you have one for sixty seconds and then plug everything back in for us?

At anytime do you see an error message or error code when this happens?
