Out of Sync Streaming Audio

Viewing this channel through the xfinity streaming app or the xfinity.com/stream/ website the audio is out of sync by over 10 seconds.
Customer service wasn't very helpful. Asking me to unplug my 'tv box'
The Video shows up 10 seconds faster than the audio using Xfinity Stream. I compared this against the PEACOCK app's stream of Telemundo and there were no sync issues.
This is the only channel in my available channels that is doing this. Yes, I have tried trouble shooting.
Please, just someone from xfinity resync the audio. Stop looking for faults on my end.
Resync the streams audio. This is the only channel which has this issue.

I can definitely understand how frustrating it is when it’s clearly isolated to one channel and not something on your setup.
Because you’re seeing correct sync on Peacock, and it’s only affecting Telemundo (KJYY 1029) in Stream, that really helps narrow this down to either a localized issue with your setup or a channel specific feed- issue.
Could you please tell us a bit more about the setup you are using to view this channel? (i.e. computer/browser, smart TV, Xfinity Box?) Have you tried checking to see if this is occurring on all devices (i.e. computer/phone/etc.) or is it just a specific device?
