Only first 30 minutes of movie is played

I am very unhappy that I was not able to watch the 2006 movie As You Like It on my laptop.  I will be auditioning for a role in this play and need to watch the movie today, but my husband is home and watching something else.

 

Streaming only allowed the first 30 minutes.  Even when I selected the option of seeing the 128 minute version.

 

What's the point of having this service when it doesn't work.

what happens after 30 minutes? what device are you using? it may be the device is going to sleep.
