Hello @user_kalkyh, and thanks for posting on our Xfinity Community forums!

That sounds problematic! 

A few questions:
 - What model of Modem are you using? (XB6/XB7/XB8?) 
 - Is this happening with all devices or one in particular? 

 - How long has this been happening? 
 - Have you tried restarting both the Wi-Fi router and the Device you're trying to connect?
 - Are you certain you're using the correct Wi-Fi password?
 - Is there a particular 'error message' you're seeing when trying to connect? 

Any additional details you can provide would be helpful.  You can also check your Wi-Fi settings to verify or change your Wi-Fi password using the Xfinity App if you're using an Xfinity provided modem.
