not a fan of the new streaming app changes

I want to provide feedback on the new reimagined Xfinity Stream app experience.

The new interface is more confusing and less intuitive than the previous version. One of the most useful features in the old guide was the ability to quickly mark channels as favorites and then easily access those favorites from the guide. That functionality now appears to be missing or much harder to find, which makes channel navigation less efficient.

I was also surprised by how many NFL and NBA games are now presented as requiring additional subscriptions. At the same time, college sports seem to occupy a growing share of the sports channels, making it harder to find professional sports content included with my service.

Another concern is that there was no advance notice of this major Stream app redesign. Customers were moved to the new experience without warning and without any obvious option to switch back to the previous interface. For a significant user-interface change, customers should be notified beforehand and ideally be given a choice between the new and classic experiences during a transition period.

Please share this feedback with the Stream app product and design teams. I would especially like to see the return of easy Favorites management, better sports content transparency, improved navigation, and an option to use the previous interface.
