netflix added to streaming $219

Went to StreamStore to upgrade my peacock to premium plus I noticed my estimated bill jumped by over $200!  Scrolling through the selection I see it added a Netflix subscription for $219!  I removed it but it keeps returning when i return to the StreamStore.  It took me well over an hour and multiple attempts in multiple browsers to manage to upgrade peacock. An incredibly frustrating experience using your website.   Slow, unresponsive at times and well, just wrong as the netflix example shows.  I'm reporting this in hopes you can get this to the right people to fix.
