Need to Deprovision all users from Xfinity streaming

I have unauthorized users using my Xfinity streaming app. I changed the password but someone from Comcast has to deprovision all devices from the streaming app only. I spent over an hour with someone on the phone and they were confused. Note that I see this as an issue posted many times and Comcast needs to address this
