Missing streaming channels

I am missing almost all of my channels for xfinity streaming on all of my streaming devices.  I have logged out and back in but still missing common channels.  On one device it states I must subscribe for the particular channel, but I am subscribed and can see the channels on regular tv.  Is there an issue with xfinity losing subscriptions?

@user_7a777e. Thanks for letting us know about your stream issue. We can look into this and see what is going on. Can you give me examples of channels that don't work? You have tried both channel numbers for certain channels or "TV GO" channel version?

@XfinityEthan​ it was out for about a week.   Then they returned.  The chat help line said there was streaming problems.  Normal channels like NBC, CBS, Fox said they were not subscribed.

Just to confirm, all of your channels are back and available to stream via the Xfinity Stream app?
