Missing Partial Audio for Specific Episode

I am attempting to watch 9-1-1 Lone Star Season 2 Episode 11 and I am only receiving the background audio (story music) and no dialogue or in-world audio (cars, machines, etc...) I check the previous episode, and all audio works fine, I also watched episodes from 9-1-1 and The Rookie on the same day with no issues. Just for the sake of mentioning it, I am on a laptop using Chrome web browser but I've always used that.
