Max app issues on my TV

I have ongoing issues with Max app staying logged in on my TV.  I get Max thru my Xfinity service. I have no issues with any other app. I am also able to access Max on my phone and computer without any problems. . I have spent over 3 hours on the phone over the last few weeks and still have no resolution. Why can’t anyone help me with this. I have tried to escalate to a supervisor but I get excuses instead of help.

Hey @user_75eto8, thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forums. To clarify, is MAX the app on the TV or on your Xfinity TV box? If it is the one on the box, you might try clearing the cache to see if that fixes it. That option is in settings, privacy, then click on clear locally stored data. NOTE: this does clear all the stored data for all the apps so you will want to make sure you know all your login information before doing so.
