Hi there, @fish3792. Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum and sorry to hear you're having problems accessing HBO MAX. When you try to use it, what error message are you receiving?
No error message. It simply prompts me to subscribe to HBOMax. I learned dropping Home Security had nothing to do with the problem. Had access for years but just lost access. No one at XFinity nor HBOMax had any idea why suddenly lost access.
fish3792 To confirm, you have not made any changes to your login information or had any changes to the account such as moving?

@fish3792 Oh wow, that's no fun. The app and the content are not free. If they were included in a prior service and lost, it can only be added back by ordering it directly, or having it included in a promotion. At this moment it's not included in any promotions. We can help manage the account and choose from the available services, so you have a way to add HBOMAX into your entertainment again. Would you like that?

Thanks for the clarification. I wish someone at Xfinity had told me that....it would have saved a bunch of wasted time. I've had it so long, I thought it was a normal service.
