Local Channel removed

This is ridiculous!!! 🤬 really xfinity, removing local channels! Of allllll the other channels to negotiate it had to be a channel that FREEEE with the purchase of an antenna! “WE” as loyal customers pay you all wayyyyyy too much monthly to have a local channel removed! I will be terminating my services! Cable and internet! Channel 5 CBS! Really!!!

We're aware that unexpected changes to your television lineup can be very frustrating, and we are working diligently to rectify this as quickly as possible. 

Many of the channels we offer are owned by third party media companies who charge a fee for our ability to provide them to you, and we negotiate contracts with these companies to obtain the rights to carry their channels.  We have successfully renegotiated many expiring contracts over the years in order to maintain the programming on our services.  We are working hard to bring the channels back, but only if the channel owners will give us fair pricing, terms and conditions for our customers.
